The Woodstock Film Festival announced the program for its 26th edition, running Oct. 15–19 at venues in Woodstock, Rosendale, Kingston, and Saugerties, with a special pre-festival event Oct. 14. The slate features 39 narrative features and 27 documentaries, led by the centerpiece film “Jay Kelly” from Noah Baumbach, and highlights including new works by Richard Linklater (“Blue Moon”), Yorgos Lanthimos (“Bugonia”), Chloé Zhao (“Hamnet”), Bradley Cooper (“Is This Thing On?”), Rian Johnson (“Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery”), Ivy Meeropol (“Ask E. Jean”), Morgan Neville (“Man on the Run”), and Laura Poitras and Mark Obenhaus (“Cover-Up”). Opening and closing night titles will be announced soon.

Festival honors will go to Ira Sachs (Fiercely Independent Award), Tia Lessin and Carl Deal (Art of Activism Award), and Laura Poitras (Freedom of Expression Award). A new Laurent Rejto Made in the Hudson Valley Award, presented by Melissa Leo, debuts this year. Notable guests slated to attend include Amanda Seyfried, Mariska Hargitay, Mark Duplass, Tim Blake Nelson, Rebecca Miller, Barbara Kopple, Debra Granik, E. Jean Carroll, and V (formerly Eve Ensler).

The shorts program—112 films—returns with Woodstock’s Oscar-qualifying status in Live Action, Animated, and Documentary categories.
